World Blood Donor Day 2026 | Voluntary Blood Donation Camp

In observance of World Blood Donor Day, the Blood Centre, Department of Pathology, Navodaya Medical College, successfully organized a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp on 29th June 2026 at Dr. C.M. Gurumurthy Hall, NMCH&RC, Raichur, in collaboration with IMA – Medical Students Network (IMA-MSN).

The event was conducted under the theme “Normalizing Voluntary Blood Donation” and carried the powerful message:
“One Drop of Humanity. Give Blood. Save Lives.”

The programme witnessed the gracious presence of esteemed dignitaries from Navodaya Education Trust and NMCH&RC, who emphasized the growing need for regular blood donation and encouraged building a strong culture of community responsibility.

We are proud to share that 72 units of blood were collected through the generous participation of students and staff from the Navodaya Group of Institutions.

Together, we continue to inspire a culture of giving and saving lives.
